Pros
- established on the security market especially in the Nordics - established but old product portfolio with some big customers - does software and some emb. systems as well mainly cards - great place to work (Stockholm)
Cons
- recently the company is going through a total restructuring - management and financial wise - old management is gone and that creates tension to existing employees - a lot of budget cutting even in simple things - the new strategy is to focus more on the cards rather on software solutions, so not very exciting for software developers - a lot of layoffs and offices in other E.U countries close
