Fair policies. Hybrid office. Some joint employee activities. A few very competent individuals to learn from.
Cons
Poor leadership, no vision of why Nexus or the group exists. Owned by French IN Groupe. Micro management. Only focus on result, not on culture. The word culture is never mentioned. For me these are cons but some people may like this extremely results orientated way of working.
Tough environment, many silo IT tools that don't talk to each other. You need to enjoy manual work to like working there.
