Working there feels like watching a loved one pass away. Since the change from North Midland Construction to NMCN its been completely downhill. What was once a good family company has been turned into a poor corporate uncaring monster. Good loyal people feel so disconnected, miserable and depressed and left to be abused by angry suppliers not being paid.
