Pros

* if you are friends with the founders, you have many advantages. * punctual payments * sometimes hard work is recognized, which really has to be hard work.

Cons

Desventajas * Most of the employees are young and this means that there is no respect between collaborators. * there is a false experience of organizational culture. It's a lie what they tell you. * the heads of the company. They are not really leaders, they do not look for the growth of their team members, * the CEO of nocnoc is not shown himself, he always has a mask on. I heard humiliating comments towards some members of the company. It's unfortunate that the CEO is a person who cannot be trusted. a false leader. * if you are an employee who likes to work hard. some members and team leaders take advantage of it. many times I needed things quickly and my team leader was not there and I saw him wasting his time many times. They are a bad example of overcoming. * tasks and responsibilities change all the time. confusion is generated. * few benefits to their employees * On Fridays they usually invite you to lunch, of poor quality, really, they do it just to look good. * The human resources area is precarious, they are not interested in the employee, they do not respond on time when their employees have a need. * There is no established internal work regulation, you never know what is right or wrong. but simply do what the CEO says, regardless of whether it is a whim. * they live comparing themselves all the time with D-local, generating the sensation of wanting to be like them all the time. * If you are an ex-employee of d-local and want to work at nocnoc, you will have preferences over others. no matter if you have little experience. * The work environment is hard, because you can't be yourself but fit in with what is demanded of you.

- it's a startup so you grow fast and learn a lot - horizontal leadership, you can talk to everyone and never feel less - everyone is there to listen to your opinion - super flexible

Cons

- sometimes the task changes a lot but we are still learning how to focus

Pros

- people are super talented, so learning from top talent is a must - large companies as clients and partners - engaging with top executives from the best companies of the world is a great opp - founders are super reachable and easy to talk to. It’s great to learn from them. - the company thinks a lot on people enjoying and not only working - after offices, lunches, and a lot of social engagement. - industry-disruptor startup with top notch investors (PayPal, Santander, Pedro Arnt, Olist). If you like crossborder ecommerce, nocnoc is inventing it all. Super innovative, pioneering company in large emerging markets like Brazil and Mexico.

Cons

- Formal process are still under development so if you don’t like chaos, this place might not be fore you. - they fire fast. If they think this is not a fit, you will leave sooner than later. I’d think this is both a pro and a cons (as if there’s not fit cutting the relationship is the healthiest thing to do) but from an employee perspective I decided to put it here.
