      Pros

      Notonthehighstreet is a fantastic company to work for, from the way they look after you, to the way they push you to do your best and then recognise you for it. I've seen it grow and grow through some really dire times but despite that they've come out the otherside and I really believe they will flourish. NOTHS is and forever will be the home of my career, the place that gave me a chance to show them what I could do and then consistently encouraging me to take the next step. I owe NOTHS a great deal, and I would go back to work there any time.

      Cons

      The aircon is always too cold ;)

I really enjoyed reading about how we have helped you with your personal development and been “forever the home of your career”. I’m really proud of our Customer Service team, proud of all the people who have progressed to more senior roles but also for the (many) members of the team who have moved to work in a different team in the business too. I’m really pleased we’ve been such a big part of your career too.

      Pros

      The culture and the people absolutely make the place. Everyone is friendly and passionate about making a difference to help small businesses grow. The new offices are so creative which makes going into work even nicer and people really make an effort to socialise.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly which is a good and a bad thing. Right now it’s exciting, I just hope we don’t become too corporate in the future (but I think that's a long way off).

      Pros

      Nice physical office space/vibe. Quirky meeting rooms/decor.

      Cons

      Some people waste others’ time when they aren’t experts in certain fields, which is not only disrespectful but a waste of company resources. They’re promoted only because they’ve been there for a long time.
