      Pros

      - Very progressive cultural policies - Smart, motivate work force - Leadership are open to collaboration and change - Generous stock options - Company promotes from within

      Cons

      - Flat organization leaves a lot of autonomy for employees. Some people swim, some people sink - On boarding could be better - This is still a quasi startup, it's not a 4 day 9-5 work week environment. The product is in demand and you have to hustle.

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
