Pros

Many have mentioned the work-life balance can be out of whack, but that is typical for any growing company. There has been some changeover in sales leadership, but also expected given the tenure of those who decided to leave. Delivery challenges from the hypergrowth period seems has settled and o9 has many happy customers that have seen real value from the platform. The exit options continue to look great, which is a testament to the brand that o9 has built. Better positioned for the AI future than the legacy competitors. Can be an exciting ride if R&D investments pan out.

Cons

Not very good at communication. The concept for the future is there, but it will all come down to execution. This is the biggest question mark, but is the same existential question that all companies in this space are facing. Need better processes and focus to execute well.
