This company is driven by blatant favoritism and internal politics, not performance or competence. Promotions are handed out to people who have no business leading teams, and the result is a toxic, micromanaged environment where good employees burn out or leave. Since the new branch leader took over, the culture has completely deteriorated. He lacks leadership skills, relies on control instead of strategy, and has turned the office into a place where people feel watched instead of supported.
Management is out of touch with the real problems the business is facing. Instead of addressing the company’s inability to compete with modern cloud solutions like SAP RISE, leadership focuses on pushing out employees and protecting their own positions. HR is equally ineffective — slow, unresponsive, and consistently mishandling basic issues.
The business model is outdated, the leadership is unqualified, and the internal dysfunction is accelerating the company’s decline. I strongly advise staying away from this organization.
