Good, family-oriented environment. Growing culture with new business and one has, in general, the ability to try new things at the plant.

There are fiefdoms within the plant and it can be hard to get stuff done if you run into a "problem" in one of those areas. There is also pressure to hit KPIs without sufficient compensation.
