This has been the most challenging professional experience of my career. Management consistently demonstrates a lack of professionalism, experience, and clarity, leading to inconsistent and unreasonable expectations. I've witnessed directors engaging in highly inappropriate behavior, such as cracking racist jokes at communal lunch, or pressuring new employees to use illegal substances. Furthermore, the HR department employs individuals who engage in manipulative and deceitful practices.
