Like many large global companies, alignment across regions and functions can take time.

There are many seasoned professions with lots of experience on my site to learn from.

Company has no strong long-term plan, demand, or strategy. Management assembled of outside hires without enough expertise trying to implement radically different cultures. No unified working relationship with other sites/departments. Fab manager at EFK forcing massive talent attrition and fomenting discontent & hostile work environment. Layoffs every year since I’ve started at this company, no where near enough personnel to be successful. Pay is no where near competitive for the cost of living in the area.
