      Pros

      the schedule can allow for several full days off in a row which can be nice to have periodic mini vacations during.

      Cons

      The hours of work are abyssal and -will- wear you down sooner rather than later. The 2-4 12 hour shifts in a row depending on your schedule and rotation get old quick. Your days off are spent recuperating and gasping for air, leaving you very little time or motivation for anything personal or productive in your life.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
