Pros

The coworkers are the only pro to this job, and good coworkers can be found just about anywhere.

Cons

The system does not work. It is built on lies to the customer that you as a customer service rep must continue to uphold knowing full well they will have to call again the next day only for you to lie to them again. This job actually gave me a mental breakdown that forced me to seek out therapy. I'm not joking.

-High volume sometimes calls for long hours -Limited resources because policies change so rapidly -Communication between departments is not always where it needs to be

Pros

Easy to get hired if you are willing to be treated like you have no brain.

Cons

CSM is resonsible for the "F" BBB rating. Company run by a bunch of kids who know NOTHING about providing Customer Service. Read online reviews. They say it all. No benefits. This is the definition of a modern day concentration camp. CSM so petty that she hooked up an IPad to a Segway to roll it around and spy on Indy staff from CA. In my years of CS experience, I have never seen customers ripped off and treated like they are. This company needs shut down!
