      Pros

      I have been working here for over a year. And the people I work with are great to talk and hangout with. Made some good friends over here. Management is pretty relax most of the time, as long as we get our work done. Just dont overdo it.

      Cons

      Very volatile company. One month there are 50 of the next day 15 people are "laid off' with no warning. Make sure the stay friendly and maybe you can keep your job.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
