      This is unfortunate. Ooma does not condone racism in any shape or form. We take pride in trying to set up all managers for success by providing both job related and interpersonal training when appropriate. I would encourage you to report this to HR at any job if it happens in the future.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
