      The culture is relaxed. People looking for good work/life balance would be able to find it here, since you're not expected to work longer than your hours and you can come in any time you want.

      Cons

      A little boring. There are other reviews temps aren't treated as well, which is definitely the case I think.

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
