      1. Very good pay rates for the interns 2. Amazingly friendly people. That creates a very calm, encouraging and relaxed environment to work in. 3. Exciting opportunities

      Cons

      1. Gets a bit of over relaxed sometimes. 2. Manager had no idea what I was working on and he never really bothered to ask me. I always had to go him and ask for work. 3. Never really allowed me to explore or express my ideas and provide necessary resources for the same.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
