Pros
There has always been so much opportunity to learn, take initiative and excel at Psemi. All of the changes over the last 4-5 years have been trying, but also they have provided employees with fresh, new challenges. It's still a 'small company' feel but supported by a very large, global parent.
Cons
The constant change over the years has caused really good people to look for (and find) other opportunities. There are no internal training programs. Making big, timely decisions has been difficult at times.
