      Pros

      Family friendly Flexible on-site/ work-from-home balance. Flexible working hours as long as you can finish the assignments. Leave office early and continuing work at home okay. Everyone is very nice. San Diego, nice weather, theme parks, and beaches.

      Cons

      Total package is less than those of Broadcom or Bay Area companies. But still pretty good for living in San Diego.
