Top management with narrow minds Differences between management and the rest of the employees(different meals, different washrooms) The big place of class difference in the sense of top to lower staff Tries to eat/cancel the provident fund when employee resigns. Late sitting almost every day. Sick environment One man show(where one man means 3,4) No self-respect and many more....
