Pros
Some companies talk the talk about their employees being family, PC/NAMETAG walks the walk. When comparing the typical benefits, theirs are above-average. They really set themselves apart with the a-typical stuff: free lunches, surprise gifts, tickets to games and shows. The work is meaningful and aptly rewarded. I appreciate how upper management treats ALL employees like important people vs. being very hierarchical. The customer comes first and management knows that every person in the building has a job serving the customer - not JUST those answering the phone. They are not afraid to invest in technology and new ideas. If you need a tool/software to do your job, you can have it. If you need training, you get it. One of the few places left that still support education! If you like an active environment where you're constantly challenged, this is the place for you!
Cons
It's like a big family - dysfunction and all. Because this company started with an entrepreneur and grew and grew and grew, there is sometimes a struggle deciding the appropriate level of "entrepreneurial spirit" to put behind decisions. A bigger ship can't u-turn as fast... Although employees are asked to chip-in and help support whatever interim gaps there are (and they do!), sometimes people get moved into spots long-term that they should only have held short-term. If you like a static environment with routines and consistency, this is not the place for you.
