Pros
The company has a great working environment, the people there are very easy to get along with, there is a strong team mentality, the company has a strong brand and is one of the leading companies in the field. Another pro is that it is a relatively small company so you don't get lost in the hierarchical structure typical of most large companies. You can contact anyone in the company and expect a positive response. Easy to learn what the other divisions do.
Cons
There is still some negative market sentiment against the industry as a whole, but this is visibly receding since the financial crisis recovery.
