One of the worst places I've ever worked. It was a great place to work for a couple of years, once management changed it went downhill completely. 6 rounds mass layoffs within the span of 6 months and pay is horrible. The people who have been laid off are sales people who have been at the company for years and years, always showing their dedication. However, they decide to lay them off so they can hire people in the Philippines' for cheap labor. They recently did a merger, and absolutely no transparency about changes or updates in roles, no growth opportunities at all. CEO sent a company wide email saying "no one is getting raises this year because of revenue goals", but then contradicted that by rudely noting "people who have gone above and beyond WILL get raises". We were ALL going above and beyond. Such a slap in the face. CEO is a greedy, money hungry guy who doesn't appreciate any of his employees. Communication from leadership is horrible and there were always unclear, contradicting instructions with process updates. All they care about is accelerating revenue without any acknowledgement of how it affects current employees (along with clients!!!) Lots of shady stuff going on.
