Cons
A couple of Directors/Managers who have absolutely no business managing staff but are in position of authority due to nepotism. They love to scapegoate employees for their bad decisions. Witnessed and on the receiving end of screaming temper tantrums from a "Director" with a severe inferiority complex. Frequently fired Engineers for his overstepping and micro management.
Then there's the terrible screening of potential new hires, and terrible onboarding process. Pointless in office work so they can monitor your every move. Low pay, terrible benefits.
