      Countless others and I have been ghosted by this company during the application process. They are extremely unprofessional and chalk it up to being a small company but do not even have the common curtesy of replying back to both customers and applicants

      Focus on clients and work over building 'culture' in a traditional sense - but culture is derived from the hard work and teamwork mentality.
