As a result of this, everyone who works there goes the extra mile for their colleagues and their clients. This is evident in how long people choose to stay there. People are supportive, dedicated, talented and loyal and this is a direct consequence of the way that ramsac operates—a truly great place to work.
Cons
Due to the great development opportunities, lots of people are keen to progress. Unfortunately, this means people are often disappointed when someone else is chosen for a promotion over them. That being said, progression is fast regardless - I received 3 in 4 years. In addition, pay is reviewed fairly and often.
