      Pros

      When it first resurrected, RZF was one of the most ideal agencies in the industries. Transparency at the top, healthy culture and great teams. But in 2023, things took a nosedive with layoffs, RTO and general fear felt among the community.

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
