      Easy going, Low work load

      Cons

      Little to no raises, maybe 2-3% not enough to match the inflation or cost of living increases year to year. The company is outsources many of their US jobs to the Colombia, or Costa Rica.

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
