Pros
Creative teams were all wonderful to work with and some managers were interested in driving the professional development of their teams. The creative work was incredibly interesting and you can't ask for a more colorful group of creatives to put out incredible work than the teams you'll find at Razorfish.
Cons
Most leadership drives a company culture of "be a part of the clique or be removed". Many will throw their own reporters under the bus to advance their own self image; others will intentionally go out of their way to overstep team members to get what they want. This spans across all departments whether that's Creative leadership, Account Management, PMO, etc. There are mid-level employees that should be senior leaders and senior leaders that should be mid-level employees and the only difference between the two is that one has been there for over a decade. There's a distinct lack of communication across functions at a leadership level that causes many team leaders to have little to no visibility into what their team members are doing in a day to day. Communication is so lackluster that you can be told you will be laid off as an account is closing and be told every 3 weeks that they're extending your time for another few weeks. Company does brutal mass lay offs with little to no regard for humanity or your time yearly.
