      Good work/life balance, amazing people, a lot of opportunities within Groupe to grow and explore different accounts and roles

      Promotions can be challenging but i do feel management understands and tries to do their best by people who are deserving

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
