Pros

- The company culture is genuine; I feel that my management cares about and listens to my feedback. - The remote environment is, undoubtedly, the biggest perk. Upper leadership’s commitment to maintaining a WFH environment is great for morale and work-life balance. - I genuinely enjoy my coworkers and the way we work together.

Cons

- As others have said, the *only* way for financial growth is to receive a promotion. Otherwise, you’re looking at a 2-3% annual raise. - Since the company downsized in 2025, career growth is now difficult, as there are less roles available for people to grow into. This emphasizes the need for an overhaul of the raise structure, as the main way to increase your pay here is currently to get a promotion.

Pros

I came to re:Members after working at a very large corporation, and the difference has honestly been refreshing. Here, my input actually matters. Ideas aren’t just heard, they’re discussed, challenged, and often acted on, which makes the work feel meaningful instead of transactional. I dont feel like a little fish in a big sea or another number. Compensation is very competitive and transparent, and expectations are clear. There’s a strong sense of trust across the team, and everyone I work with is genuinely warm, open, and willing to collaborate. People want to do good work and are constantly trying to get better, not just hit a number and move on. What’s stood out the most to me is the client base. These are compelling organizations with real problems to solve — not tire-kickers. Conversations are thoughtful, strategic, and focused on long-term impact, which makes selling feel aligned instead of draining.

Cons

They are in a growth phase so some things aren't structured or built out but everyone is collaborative on making best practices that work for everyone.

Pros

Supportive Peer Relationships Some of the team members I worked with were talented, kind, and genuinely committed to delivering value to customers. When collaboration worked, it really worked Mentorship Program The formal mentorship offering during onboarding was a strong highlight. It helped bridge early gaps in a complex product and created moments of connection that made the first few months feel welcoming. Autonomy (to a point) There were windows of opportunity to build processes or frameworks when gaps were evident though that autonomy often came with unclear expectations and limited backing from leadership.

Cons

Leadership Disconnect Unfortunately, what was said often didn’t match what was done especially at the leadership level. Feedback was rarely received in good faith, and efforts to collaborate or raise concerns often felt brushed aside. The culture leaned heavily toward compliance, not curiosity. Dismissive and Controlling Management My direct manager frequently deflected questions, avoided giving straight answers, and shifted definitions of success after the fact. It was difficult to know where you stood, and efforts to clarify were met with defensiveness instead of support. Strategic Ambiguity Direction changed frequently with little transparency. Decisions (including layoffs) were communicated vaguely, with little effort to provide context. High-performing individuals were let go with little explanation, creating an atmosphere of anxiety and self-preservation. Misaligned Values Core values were often stated but not lived. In reality, communication was top-down, collaboration was conditional, and employee voices were rarely invited into strategic conversations.
