Pros

- International environment as the company has offices around the world and the whole staff gets together on company events. - Compensation packages are more or less okay - Equipment can be chosen by yourself

Cons

- Management's idea of company culture is to discuss which female employee should be "touched" (which they actually touch on company events) - HR policy can be described as "hire & fire", enforced by top management. Never seen such a high churn rate. - CTO obviously lies to protect his own position - CFO does not reply to any emails and has his own company which provides external admin services to relayr. Does not care in any way about relayr but is the other managing director (regardless the fact that none of the 2 MD's is physically in the office; both are never there as they are based in Munich). - CFO makes promises he does not deliver, e.g. compensation package consists of shares and respective documents are never delivered. After 1 year repeatedly asking for the docs I gave up.

Pros

The technology was excellent and I learned to write a lot of code and work with hardware I did not have any experience with. My manager was great in the US.

Cons

The Leadership team was inexperienced and disorganized. Then the new CEO seemed really smart and engaged, but had no tech experience at all. I don't know what happened after I left, but it's no surprise the company failed.
