Pros

Filling in this column only because I couldn't submit review without writing something here.

Cons

Name's sake induction into company culture, inadequate training and support, overworked underpaid executives, poor work-life balance, senior management's focus is solely on numbers, mechanism for addressing HR concerns is non-functional or entirely absent.

Pros

If you successfully complete the program - you get to herd the next batch of hapless interns - bonus points if you have an MBA.

Cons

In 2020, the company launched a social learning app - which was doomed from the star, since it was nowhere near usable. They hired marketing interns (no stipend) under the pretext of teaching us digital marketing. But we did not learn actual marketing, rather we were used to scale their app. We did tasks like cold-calling people on LinkedIn to join the platform, curating content from YouTube (without permission from owners), writing SEO articles of little substance, writing replies on Quora to share company links, and asking people to download the app and give Play Store ratings. We even had deadlines and daily quotas for most of these tasks - failing which they would kick you out of the program or withhold your certificate.
