Pros
The colleagues were great, the best people I could have wished to work with. Very supportive and understanding. Good work-life balance, extremely humane approach to employees.
Cons
Overall, very stressful and disorganized, every possible organizational issue was always in a complete state of chaos and the general direction was "no idea what is happening, we will make it somehow".
