Pros
Space for growth. Very smart team, a lot of great talent. Great UX/UI and Dev team capable of shaping and push the ecosystem forward.
Cons
Leadership requires an employee evaluation and career framework: No 1:1, no feedback, no iterative process if you as an employee don't ask for it. A lot of processes are affected and controlled by the CTO which is often at full capacity, causing bottlenecks.
