Pros
Mostly working with good teammates
Cons
Do not trust good reviews, they asked their current employees to leave excellent reviews to boost their ratings, but the truth isn't as flattering as they want to show it. - Stay away from this company if you're looking for a professional company. - There is too much micromanagement in this company, no matter what your position is or which department you work in, everything is controlled by the CEO. - The company culture is chaotic, there is a high employee turnover, no specific roles assigned, and if you need information, you don't know whom to ask. - My experience is that you could be completely left out of product/service updates because of poor communication between departments. No memo is sent out so you need to keep asking for them constantly. - Late project or task, very last minute, which puts a lot of pressure on you and your teammates who work from Iran remotely and with big-time differences - When you work in the office, prepare for the CEO to ask you to complete some tasks by today at 4.50 pm, regardless of whether you have other tasks to do or whether it is the end of the day. - Very poor life/work balance - prepare to receive messages on Telegram on your weekend. - Non-paid company events: You are forced to attend events outside of your working hours. - Office culture: coworkers are not encouraged to converse with each other, OR you are not allowed to talk too loud to bother them. Office space is very limited. Also, lunch is not paid. - Hybrid role: Working a few days from the office, and a few days from home. They only pay you for a half day if you feel sick and asked to work from home, since they assume you won't be productive! That doesn't seem right, does it since it's a hybrid role? We had a covid outbreak because people were sick at the office. - When CEOs decide on your work and you know it's not right, but if the results aren't satisfactory, you are basically blamed for the CEO's decision. - In addition to poor training, expect your performance to be proven within the first month. If not, you are likely to be fired or pressured that you are not doing well. Another thing they do is to make you feel like you're doing nothing, even though you have so much on your plate.
