Great startup place to work with great team spirit and motivation to build up something big together. Open culture and management open for feedback. Mostly young and dynamic team, where you have responsibility from day 1, which is typical for a startup. You can grow with the company and since it's a young company, there are many possibilities. Strong values and company recently joined the 1% pledge to give back to society. Equity for employees and possibility to work remote/flexible.

High pace environment with high pressure to deliver results, but team and management supports well. Things are constantly in development and young company that needs to proof itself in the comings years.

I truly recommend rready as an employer! Even though being a small startup and obviously under pressure, the founders see culture not as a product of chance. The team spirit is fantastic, the events organised true highlights, and everyone is really supportive. Flat hierachies; the management is open for new ideas and improvements. The communication is very transparent and it seems everyone works for the greater good and to achieve big things.

Nothing really to complain about. Naturally, working hours tend to be long as it is an early stage startup. The flexibility in terms of hours and remote work make easily up for it though!
