*micromanaging nightmare *Management only exists when something goes well, when something goes wrong it's you against everyone else *Work hours that resembles a labor camp/gulag *Gaslighting and lies is a routine thing *Toxic mentality in all medium/senior management

Cool office, nice people and atmosphere.

1. Work processes often lacked structure and clear planning. 2. Expectations were high, with frequent day-to-day changes that were difficult to sustain given limited resources.
