Pros

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, this was a pretty good place to work. People were great there but a lot of them either left or were fired during the pandemic.

Cons

CEO is non-existent most of the time and will consistently miss meetings and is very rarely in contact with a lot of the staff. Upper management in general lacks a lot in the people skills department and even though they pride themselves on not being a top down company, actions are very different than the rhetoric they say at company-wide meetings. In my opinion, the central part of their business model doesn't do what it claims to do and is very misleading to customers. The way they managed the Covid-19 pandemic should be in a handbook on how not to treat employees.
