Good discount, relatively easy job
Cons
No room for progression even when you ask. They favour flexibility and avalibility over actual work ethic which is how you end up with higher ups that have no clue what they’re doing, nor do they care. You’re also expected to pick up shifts and aren’t really asked whether you want to do them or not.
