Pros
Discounts after a year are good or if you are on a full time/ any sort of managerial contract. Quite flexible with hours and it’s easy to change your availability. Really good chance for progression if that is what you want to do.
Cons
Worst place I have ever worked. No one speaks to you when you first start and even after that you have to spend everyday working to be a favourite, or else you’re treated like rubbish. Management act like they are still in high school and the environment is so toxic, practically bullied out the door. The pay especially for the sales advisors is terrible for what the job actually entails, so much work required for basically minimum wage. The contracts are also so small for part time so not much job security, you can be working full time hours but only getting the benefit of your tiny contract (to which there is no benefit). If you want to spend the rest of your life here then you will enjoy it but otherwise you are made to feel stupid and like an outsider.
