Great sustainable cause to work for, smart and engaged people in team, exciting projects worldwide

Many things seem on the edge of legality; old problems are not solved but delayed all the time to pile up; transparency, trust and support from manager rather poor, a lot of secrets within the team with very selected access to information; multiple payment delays in wage payments without information nor explanation from manager; high sales pressure without a leading role-model to support in challenging times; employees get cheap treatment while manager spends 5* money; company is not lead from within but managed top-down, in reality decisions are pushed onto people and not made together.

Being able to work in a good team atmosphere in central Brussels and related to a good cause (CO2 emission, climate change).Work-life balance is OK and occasional working from home.

No room for career growth at all, very low salaries, very hierarchical management structure with the CEO (owner) making all decisions. Promises are never kept. Pretty much all employees(including some managers) treated pretty poorly and completely without respect. No transparency possibly due to shady management practices. The very lowsalary employees get might not paid on time because of extreme financial difficulties the company has. Stressful workload because each person does the work of at least 2people.
