Supervisor required long hours often having 12 hour work days

Overall quite a chill company- they are not as strict as expected and allow you to WFH. Seniors there are willing to teach you new stuffs if you are too willing to learn- which is good even if you just know the basic of it. Everyone has been friendly so far.

Sometimes having to chase tight deadline- to the point having to work overtime even after office hours (can't really blame the team because sometimes client wanted to rush things). Wish that those who are not in creative team understand that as a designer, designing is never easy so to rush some projects might make more delay than originally should have been. Another thing is that I wish they build up a prayer room. There is a prayer room down at the basement parking area but it will be convenient to put one in the office.
