I’ve been working with SilverXis LLP for more than 5 years, and overall it has been a positive and stable experience. The work culture is friendly and cooperative, and colleagues are always willing to support each other. Management is approachable, and new employees are welcomed well, making it easy for them to adjust. Salary is paid on time between the 3rd and 5th of every month, and most of the time it is credited by the 3rd unless a holiday interrupts. The company offers good learning opportunities and encourages teamwork, which helps in long-term growth. Pros: Supportive team, positive work environment, timely salary payments, and good stability.
Cons
Some processes can still improve. Management has been slowly and steadily working on reducing the gaps, and while no organization is perfect, things are improving and expected to get better with time.
