      Pros

      Canteen, trainings and nice colleagues

      Cons

      Although they pretend themselves as "the agile company" people, that worked here know what's going on. There are also many tremendous mistakes in leadership and cooperation. Care about your product otherwise your "same same, but please don't be different" culture won't succeed.

      Pros

      Work is divided by roles, not by hierarchy. I get to do lots of things I would never be allowed to do anywhere else and have the freedom to shape my workplace, the products and the culture. I love working here.

      Cons

      When you need clear tasks this is not the place for you. Self-organization is not just wanted, but required. Not everyone wants this. If you do, this is probably not the right company for you.
