They genuinely think you must do your best in the job and think about your development and career path. Everything looks like you are at the place you can do whatever you want.
Cons
That is all. Directors don't know how to transform Sngular's overall culture into something doable outside Madrid's office. It is very frustrating to see talented people leave the company because of the genuinely late reaction to the market and the lack of a resilient spirit.
