- Top level management is good with business operations and efforts in keeping the company financially afloat - Flexible hours; results oriented

Cons

- Middle management does not have the capability to speak up to top management on behalf of team members - weak leadership - Top level management is oblivious to the lack of organization of ops teams - No legitimate HR people / person - hiring is only done by middle manager without opening opportunities for internal growth or referrals - No company policies - Inconsistent performance evaluation process; the evaluation stays in middle management & not communicated to top management

Pros

Tons of flexibility because no one is ever held accountable and priorities and strategy change on an hourly basis. So, whatever you’re signed up to deliver doesn’t matter-go to the gym or take a long lunch.

Cons

-inept and unfocused leadership -Inept employees-mostly posers -No teamwork -Bro culture -No clear priorities -Zero innovation-it’s all just talk -Scattershot market approach -No money. Seriously. -No focus -Great concept but lost its early competitive edge and struggling due to lack of focus and investment —Robbing Peter to pay Paul
