Communication & Structure: Cross-department communication is inconsistent and can be siloed. Feedback is not always welcomed, even when intended to help the business. Important information doesn’t flow smoothly, causing repeated misunderstandings. Teams are sometimes blamed for issues caused by unclear direction. Workload & Expectations: Workload can be heavy due to constant pivots and shifting SLAs. Goals and KPIs change frequently, which makes it difficult to measure success. Lack of standardization across processes leads to inefficiency. Limited support given for new initiatives despite high expectations. Career Growth & Support: Career development is inconsistent and not always based on performance. Leadership changes can stall or reverse career progress. Recognition largely depends on which department you sit in or who your direct leader is. Onboarding for internal roles and promotions lacks structure. General Environment: Internal morale can be low due to uncertainty and inconsistent communication. Changes happen quickly, often without sufficient explanation or resources. Teams are spread thin, making collaboration challenging. Employee concerns are acknowledged but not meaningfully addressed.
