      Welcoming team culture, kids are amazing to work with, detailed training, and leadership listens. Feels good to make an impact every day. You’re not just a number your input is valued.

      Cons

      Schedules sometimes shift last minute due to client needs. Some inconsistency in feedback depending on the supervisor. Travel between clients isn’t always efficient.

      Nothing is a pro working for this company.

      Cons

      Everything. Trust me, you don't want to work here. They fire you without warning. The hours are inconsistent and the BCBAs for this company suck. Don't waste your time.
