flexible schedule and hours, decent pay for the work
Cons
short staffed (at least at my location) and having to pick up for lost bodies closing shift is draining and if you're the prep cook it's even more so (because of lack of people) as new people come in it's hard to train them since the current people are either leaving or not trained in enough
